Sales reconciliation
FuelPrime Console automatically collects wet stock (stock level, temperature) and dispenser data. Automatic reconciliation of sold vs. dispensed volumes helps to quickly detect frauds, overdispensing, and technical failures.
Delivery reconciliation
Our aim is to obtain precise information on loss/gain levels during deliveries and find out the possible causes of the identified discrepancies. Collected data helps us to indicate the exact location of the losses (leakage, suspicious driver, problems with road tankers, shortages while loading at terminals).
Delivery audits
With our delivery audits, you will easily reduce fuel losses by preventive delivery controls at service stations. We perform audits during on-site deliveries using a certified flowmeter. Delivery audits can be performed at an ordered station/cistern or by analyzing wet stock losses in the distribution chain.
Nozzle calibration check
Automatic reconciliation data help us quickly detect overidspensing and enable to indicate the malfunctioning nozzles.
Remote tank autocalibration
Automate the process of creating a new, improved table converting fuel height to volume and eliminate the manual on-site operations (no need for hiring road tankers for calibration).
Our validation process ensures the highest accuracy of measurement data received from tanks.
Leakage detection
Our leakage detection consists of 24/7 live tank fuel level monitoring with an urgent escalation (SMS, mail, call) in case of above threshold discrepancies. We are able to detect leakage up to 5l/24h using our certified SIR3 algorithm.

Customer portal
Fuel Prime portal is an intuitive web-based tool for complete data overview, such as current stock readings, daily and periodical reconciliation, delivery information, alarms, tank calibration status, and many more.
The portal can be adapted to the specific requirements of the customers and is easily assigned to various groups of users – from service staff to managers.
Data in the application are grouped in modules that give you direct access to real-time data for convenient inventory management and swift response to any discrepancies or issues

gives you access to your current inventory, sales data, variations, or deliveries regarding the chosen location, tank, or product.
